A Whiskey Inspired by Rivers

At the headwaters of the Missouri River, three distinct rivers, the Jefferson, Madison, and Gallatin, merge to form one of the most legendary waterways in North America. This moment of convergence inspired The Confluence Collection: a handcrafted whiskey collection from Wildrye Distilling, created in partnership with Rivers are Life. More than a celebration of fine whiskey, The Confluence Collection is a tribute to Montana’s rivers, their wild character, and the people dedicated to protecting them.

The Spirit of the Collection

Each bottle in The Confluence Collection reflects the essence of its river:

• The Jeff is a smooth wheated bourbon that honors the heritage of the Jefferson.

• The Maddy is a bold single rye malt as untamed as the Madison.

• The Gally is a bourbon-barreled rye capturing the Gallatin’s power.

• The Mo is a masterful blend celebrating the confluence that creates the Missouri.

Together, they tell a story of unity, strength, and flow. It's a story written in the currents of Montana’s headwaters.

Raising a Glass to Conservation

This collaboration is about more than whiskey, it’s about giving back. A portion of all proceeds from The Confluence Collection directly support Upper Missouri Waterkeeper, a nonprofit working to defend clean, healthy waterways across Montana. By raising a glass, you’re fueling real conservation efforts that protect fish, wildlife, and communities who depend on these rivers for life.

A Celebration of the Collection

In July, we were able to celebrate the launch of the whiskey collection with the masterminds behind the distilling. The team at Wildrye Distilling hosted an amazing launch party at their tasting room in Bozeman, MT, where we were able to taste each spirit, celebrate with the local community, rock out with local band, Scratchin' Gravel, and give away prizes donated by Grizzly Coolers.
